Shipping policy
Delivery is carried out by DHL, Hermes, or their logistics partners in the destination country. Please allow a processing time of 5–7 business days.
GERMANY
Shipping to an address within Germany is free of charge for orders over €300. For orders under €300, we charge a flat shipping fee of €4.90. The average delivery time within Germany is 2–3 days.
EUROPE
Shipping to an address within Europe is free of charge for orders over €300. For orders under €300, we charge a flat shipping fee of €7.90. The average delivery time for shipments within Europe is 3–7 days.
For deliveries to countries within the European Union (EU), VAT of 19% is included in the invoice amount. Deliveries to countries outside the European Union are unfortunately not possible at this time.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with a product you ordered, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
For returns, we kindly ask you to follow these steps:

The product must be packed in its original packaging (this applies only in the case of timely withdrawal). In addition, the original shipping packaging or an equally secure packaging should be used to avoid damage to the product’s original packaging. All parts belonging to the product must be included.

To ensure we can allocate the returned product to the correct order for reimbursement, please also include the invoice or your order number as a note inside the package.

Once we have received and checked the package, we will refund your purchase amount. If you wish to return a product due to a defect, please see the section below. Please note that, as a small label, we unfortunately cannot cover the return shipping costs (except in the case of a complaint).
Complaints
If you wish to return a product due to defects, you may do so within the statutory warranty period (in accordance with the terms defined in our General Terms and Conditions).
For complaints, we kindly ask you to follow these steps:

Also, please send us an email at support@sevarstudios.com with the shipping receipt and your bank details. We will then reimburse you for the shipping costs.

To ensure we can allocate the returned product to the correct order for reimbursement or exchange, please also include the invoice or a note specifying whether you would like to receive a refund or a new, defect-free product.
Once we have received and checked the package, we will refund your purchase amount or send you a replacement product.
