The "Sina" bracelet stands out with its round, organically cut lapis lazuli elements on both sides. The delicate chains are crafted from high-quality 925 silver in a blacksmith's workshop in Kabul and gold-plated on-site. This simple piece of jewelry is perfect for everyday wear and can be combined with other pieces such as the "Soraya" earrings in medium or small.
After launching their jewelry label SEVAR Studios with a mini collection in December 2020, the two sisters Hila and Wana Limar present their new collection one year later.
The second SEVAR Studios collection consists of ten pieces of jewelry whose names and designs pay special tribute to Afghanistan's varied history and its influential figures. Each piece bears the name of a significant figure in Afghanistan, an important date, or a term meaningful to Hila and Wana Limar.
Please note that each pair is handmade from natural materials. No two pieces are alike, but rather beautifully unique. Variations from the photos may therefore occur .

The name "Sina"
Hila and Wana Limar write about the background of the name: "Ibn Sina, also known by his Latin name Avicenna, was a physician and scholar who significantly influenced medicine for centuries. Sina was born in 980, presumably in Balkh, in northern Afghanistan. He is recognized not only in scientific research, but also in art, philosophy, and theology, and is admired as a pioneer of his time. A portrait of the Muslim physician, one of the most famous figures of the Roman Empire and the Middle Ages, can even be found in Milan Cathedral."

The designs were created by Hila Limar (architect and chairwoman of the non-profit organization Visions for Children e.V.) and Wana Limar (creative producer, presenter, ambassador, and member of the PR team at Visions for Children e.V.). The jewelry pieces were carefully handcrafted in a goldsmith's workshop in the Afghan capital, Kabul.
With this collaboration, the Afghan-born sisters Hila and Wana Limar are also introducing their new jewelry label SEVAR Studios. SEVAR Studios combines the sisters' shared affinity for artistic design with an educational, sustainable approach—thus combining their long-standing commitment to education, particularly through the non-profit organization Visions for Children e.V., with their love of art and aesthetics. Profits generated by SEVAR Studios flow into a goldsmith training program in Kabul.
